PTSG is one of the UK’s leading specialist building services groups, working across five divisions for tens of thousands of clients nationwide. We’re recruiting the next generation of engineers, technicians and future leaders to grow with us.
This year’s intake targets up to 50 apprentices, with the Group building toward roughly 150 apprentices in structured training at any one time within three years – the largest investment in early careers PTSG has made to date.
An apprenticeship means learning by watching, asking questions and working alongside people who know more than you do – and staying curious long after you’ve qualified.
Progress comes from showing up and doing the work, not from waiting for opportunities to appear.

What an Apprenticeship at PTSG Looks Like
This is a real job from day one. Apprentices work alongside experienced engineers and specialists, building practical skills and technical qualifications that can’t be learned in a classroom.
Starting salaries typically fall between £18,000 and £22,000, rising as skills, experience and qualifications develop.
