Kate Williamson is Group HR Director at Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), responsible for leading the organisation’s people strategy and supporting more than 3,000 PTSG people across the UK.

Kate brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organisational development, having held senior leadership roles across the private sector. Her expertise spans cultural transformation, employee engagement, talent development, change management and large-scale workforce programmes, often within complex, fast-paced environments.

Before joining PTSG in 2025, Kate held HR Director roles at Swift Group, TransUnion and Smith & Nephew, as well as earlier positions at Reckitt. She has delivered high-impact people strategies across global workforces, led multi-site HR operations and driven major transformation programmes resulting in substantial performance improvements and cost savings. Her leadership is underpinned by a clear focus on values, behaviours and delivering commercial outcomes through people.

Kate holds a master’s degree in strategic HR and Development and has completed a range of professional qualifications, including the Directors Accelerated Development Programme and Advanced Diploma in Global Business Services. She is known for her inclusive leadership style and a strong track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams aligned to business goals.
